Charles ATANDELE NDEKOTE holds a degree in Information and Communication Sciences with a specialization in Multimedia from the University of Kinshasa. A researcher, he was a member of the Management Committee of the Alliance Franco-Congolaise de Kinshasa, where he was Advisor to the Training Commission from 2010 to 2012.
