Conventional to a change plate profiling system

This paper deals with the differences between roll forming machines. Roll forming is considered in general, when roll forming is used, what advantages and disadvantages it has, and how roll forming will be used in the future. The different types of roll forming machines are analysed with their advantages and disadvantages. The main objective of this paper is to examine the conversion of a conventional profiling system into a interchangeable plate profiling system.
