Presently India is the largest producer and consumer of sugar in the whole world. Prof Kishor Barad, Ph.D., is the Chair Professor of Marketing at Shanti Business School, Ahmedabad. He has more than 14 years of teaching and research experience. Prof V.K.Sapovadia, Ph.D., is the Chair Professor Finance at Shanti Business School, Ahmedabad.He worked with NICM Gandhinagar, BK School Ahmedabad, IIM Indore and World Bank.
