The intention of this book is to provide an updated view of the synthesis, characterization and properties of copper nanocomposites. In this book the endeavor is devoted to the fabrication of the copper based nanocomposites using the pulsed co-electrodeposition technique. The ceria nanoparticles are produced by combustion synthesis technique. The research articles include studies on the influence of ceria nanoparticles on functional properties such as wear, corrosion and electrical conductivity of copper-ceria nanocomposites. According to this book, one can get a comprehensive understanding about the development of copper-ceria nanocomposites in recent years indicating its suitability for wide-range of applications.
