This book is aimed primarily at entrepreneurs, start-ups and students at universities and business schools. It presents concepts that help to explain the different strategies followed by companies, and provides a better understanding of the dynamics and developments that shape the field of digital strategy. The term strategy is of military origin. According to Greek etymology, strategy is the art of leading an army and intelligently deploying its troops in order to achieve victory. This definition can be transposed to the business world. Corporate strategy, like digital strategy, involves setting objectives based on the configuration of the environment, while taking account of the resources and skills available to the organisation, in order to generate growth.

Mouhamadou Mbacké Ndir is a young man with an unusual intellectual background. After graduating from LETFP/Thiès with the S3 baccalaureate, he enrolled in a vocational training course where he obtained a Master's degree in Project Management, specialising in strategic analysis and project impact assessment.
