Corporate Controlling

Within the broad overall framework of controlling research, the work of Lukovic / Lebefromm focuses on a core area: corporate planning. The book is divided into two main chapters. In the first part, the business management basics of planning are presented. The second part deals with planning and plan integration in the SAP ERP system. The first chapter, which is based on theory, focuses on operational planning. However, it also relates to long-term or strategic planning and explains why strategic planning, based on operational planning, is essential in a modern controlling system. The second part of the book, which closely follows the planning steps in the SAP ERP system, focuses on production planning. Both chapters together offer both the student and the practitioner a solid introduction to the world of planning.
