Corporate Finance and business valuation

The book discusses in detail the financial management of the company and the evaluation of its business. The first section discusses the basics of corporate Finance, namely: costs, revenue, profit, formation of fixed and working capital of the company. The second Chapter is devoted to the construction of the financial policy of the Corporation - financial analysis and planning of Finance. The third Chapter examines the problems of business valuation, including such aspects as: the monetary form of relations, securities, indirect form of attracting value to the company, cost standards and business restructuring. The author uses the concept of symbolic interpretation of the value nature of financial resources.
