The edition is aimed at accounting students, in order to complement their studies on the interpretation of International Financial Reporting Standards; for this purpose the following content is proposed: the first chapter is a review of the concept of corporate finance, finance and principles, Chapter II, is referred to the sources of long-term financing, Chapter III to the application or investment in long-term assets, finally in Chapter IV is observed various types of business valuation.It alternates with a set of exercises that will allow readers to put into practice the concepts developed in this text.
