Corporate Governance in Danish private limited companies

During the last few decades corporate governance has become an area of more and more attention. Corporate scandals and the continuous development of financial markets have justified the need for increased focus on corporate governance. Nevertheless, corporate governance is still a developing field of research which has many uncovered areas. This book mainly focuses on how private limited companies use corporate governance recommendations and the reasons behind it. This is an approach to corporate governance that is not usually found in the existing literature. The book includes a thorough research with data from a survey executed in Denmark in 2010.
