Corporate Governance of the Central Bank of Kosovo 'Decision Making'

More than thirteen years after the war ended in Kosovo, country has only 5 (five) years that has defined political status, however the country yet has not stable economical developments which leads to very high risks for investments/businesses within the country, during this haze-time is created a great lack on the national and international investments, moreover on one hand the Commercial Kosovo Banking System was one of the brighter business injection in the country economy, whereas on another hand the decision making within Governance of the Central Bank of Kosovo remain isolated and weak in order to implement the best practice of the corporate governance from the developed countries.
