It is no news that, whatever the industry or area of activity, entrepreneurship means being willing to overcome great challenges. These challenges can be perceived with certain specificity in the Brazilian market, where the overwhelming majority of companies are family-owned, and where a great concentration of decision-making power can be seen in a mix of interests that makes the saying "the first generation builds, the next generation enjoys, and the third generation destroys the company" come true.
