This study takes an in-depth look at the issues related with "Corporate Image", in particular with the Information Technology industry in India. It discusses the area to be analyzed which involves the employees of an organisation. It looks into the corporate image with the employees' perception. This dissertation answers if corporate image is necessary for a company in today`s competition. The study further tries to find out how a company achieves corporate image for their company and how they maintain it and the factors the company uses for corporate image. The employees and management played a major role for the image of the company. So the issues related to them also has been analysed properly.
