Corporate mergers and the art of survival
Details
After interviewing employees from companies that have undergone some type of organizational combination and after working as a consultant in a market made up of small, medium, and large companies, the author of the book initiates a pertinent and scientific discussion on the topic of corporate mergers and acquisitions and the psychological processes involved. As the work deals with survival in combination processes, a subject that has been little explored in the literature, the reader is expected to take a critical, receptive, and constructive view, capable of influencing and generating improvements in corporate practices and in the day-to-day running of companies.
