As humans in the 21st Century, we operate in a fast-paced society. Moving from one deadline to another. Striving to achieve personal and work goals alike whilst setting more aggressive ones. It is for this very reason that we need to deliberately stop and set goals that are focused on enriching others lives. For a world that has every resource at its fingertips, it is a wonder how we still find ourselves in a poverty stricken society with very little or no focus on creating something sustainable to uplift individuals and communities. Large corporates need to change their thinking on corporate social responsibility. To a mindset that sees their company creating sustainable solutions for poverty stricken communities whilst still being able to sustain their company and its future.
