Correlation of Insulin resistance with unexplained Recurrent Pregnancy loss

This study showed that in women with unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss FI (fasting insulin)and IR (insulin resistance) are higher than in women without recurrent pregnancy loss. - There is association between patients with unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss and obesity with a significantly increasing HOMA-IR with increasing BMI. - The majority of patients with RPL have normal fasting glucose.
