Hip stem prosthesis is becoming the need in today's era after a certain age, pertaining to changing life style, food habit etc. It is a costly affair, middle class people can not afford it, although it's a necessity when a person meets an accident involving hip bone injury or in old age for some. In the direction of making this product available for the masses, the project is done. Manufacturing of prosthesis and it's rasp tool which are complicated shapes, generally 10 axis CNC machine is used, but to reduce the manufacturing cost, efforts are made to make a perfect product in 3-axis CNC machine. Also an optimum sequence of manufacturing and flow chart is prepared. Further research and testing is needed; Research for new alloy trials which can be accepted by the body. The project is done in collaboration of doctors from AIIMS Delhi, who guided us for the required design of the posthesis, also provided us with huge data of anatomy of Indian patience which helped in designing the prosthesis for the masses.
