Cost management controls

The main objective of this work was to study and propose cost management controls for the financial sector of Márcia Morelli EPP - a company that sells decorative items. The research used qualitative and quantitative methods. With regard to the type of research, diagnostic research was used with the proposition of plans, and three components were used to gather the data inherent in the research: an informal semi-structured interview, the analysis of existing documents at the case-unit and research into bibliographical sources.
