Council of Nationalites & Promotion of Manja in Konta Special Woreda

The Manja groups have been marginalized for the last many years in different parts of the Southern,Nation,Nationalities and peoples Regional state particularly in South Western part of the region in Kaffa zone,Sheka zone ,Bench Maji zone,Dawuro zone and Konta special woreda due to bad traditional practice. They were excluded from the main section of the society and could not benefit social, Economical and Political Development.Though it seems that the marginalized groups are showing progress in Economic,Social and Political arena , still there is a big gap which would be fulfilled with the participation of different stake holders and with the Manja groups themselves.
