Counseling and Guidance Needs of Students:

Today s young people are living in an exciting point in time, with an increasingly diverse society, new technologies and expanding opportunities. Consequently, meeting their counseling needs becomes an important part of the educational system. School counseling and guidance is widely regarded as an educational service through which students become well-adjusted and productive citizens of a country. However, it is still not formalized in several countries. This book, therefore, explores the counseling and guidance needs of students taking into consideration the three domains of school counseling: personal/social, academic, and career.
