COVID-19 Telemedicine in Hong Kong

During the 5th wave of the COVID-19 outbreak in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Government Chinese Medicine Fund funded the Chinese Medicine community telemedicine scheme. We illustrated the establishment of the telemedicine protocol, dispensing, and technology logistics. We use Traditional Chinese Medical Advisor (TCMA) 4.0, developed the Dispensing Centre Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), handling Chinese Medicine Practitioners' prescription and follow-up queries, dispensing, and logistics arrangement for patients.
