Crafts Enterprises

This research investigated the challenges facing traditional crafts enterprises in Oman, and created a framework to run crafts enterprises more successfully. In other words, the research project's aim was to explore the challenges facing crafts enterprises, through analyzing identified challenges including artistic , cultural and marketing challenges and developing a framework that can smooth the path for the Public Authority for Crafts Industries enterprises to create applicable strategies to develop this cultural heritage area of study in Oman.

Il dottor Badar Almamari è professore assistente a tempo pieno presso il Dipartimento di Educazione Artistica dell'Università Sultan Qaboos. Ha conseguito un master in ceramica (Australia - 2006) e un dottorato in arte e artigianato (Regno Unito - 2012). Ha vinto numerosi premi, ma il più importante è stato il Premio Sultan Qaboos per l'eccellenza nell'artigianato nel 2010.
