To achieve the above objectives, the study uses as its thrust the diffusion of innovations theory as propounded by Everett Rogers within a university in Kenya. While most studies on innovation and creativity are replete on the marketplace of ideas, there is a gap with regard to the same from the African continent. This book therefore seeks to fill this gap.

James Makori Omanga is a professional accountant and a scholar on entrepreneurship studies in Kenya. He holds a graduate degree in entrepreneurship studies and researches on innovation,creativity and disaster management.
