The research is of special value to those businesses within the hotel industry and concerns managers of hotels, as well as investors to hotels, students from hospitality related fields, and governmental authorities. The results of the study would: Help improve the understanding of crisis management practices and their effectiveness in the hotel industry. Improve hotels' ability to identify, analyze, control and manage a broad spectrum of potential crises. Enable hotel managers to determine which practices should focus their efforts on achieving competiveness and effectiveness as a significant way for preparing for the hotel crises. Help hotels prevent some crises from occurring and will minimize the impact of those that do occur by enabling the hotel to implement a quick and effective crisis response. It can help hotel managers and practitioners to set the appropriate crisis management plans suitable for hotels. The present study can serves as a good for hotels when they face crises in future
