Critical Perspectives in Leadership

Leadership is the process in which an individual influences a group of followers to pursue towards the common direction and achieve common objectives and goals. For various personal and economic purposes, enterprise owners and managers seek for ways to become good leaders. Through the exploration of the different perspectives in leadership, it is hoped that the current theoretical understanding of leadership can be enriched and new insights to leadership researches can be revealed.

Dr. Tsun-Lok Kwong is an Assistant Professor at Hong Kong Institute of Technology, and an Adjunct Faculty at University of Management and Technology. His research interests rest in the field of organizational behaviours and management. Over the years, Dr. Kwong has taught different undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Hong Kong.
