The man is a being full of needs always unsatisfied. As such, he is always looking for his economic well-being through agricultural, craft, industrial, cultural and commercial activities. These different lucrative activities expose him to the respect of different regulations according to the field of activities.Indeed, the legislator is called upon to regulate these activities that are carried out in society for which he has the power to enact the rules of law in relation to each area of social life.
