Critical success factors for construction companies in Pernambuco

The determination of the Critical Success Factors (CSF) allows managers to visualize which processes are essential for the proper functioning of the business. This helps the organization not to lose focus and prioritize investments in areas that require greater attention. According to Colauto et al. (2008), the identification of critical quality factors is strategic information and can help managers in their decision-making. Thus, the identification task becomes an important tool to assist in the management of the organization. Therefore, the relevance of this book is evident, which seeks to identify which are the critical success factors of a group of construction companies in Pernambuco, in the buildings subsector, certified in the NBR ISO 9001:2008 standard, in the view of their customers, as well as to compare them with the view of professionals in the area.
