CRITIQUE OF THE CONFIGURATION OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC

Although we will intentionally speak at all times from our Latin American hemicontinental regional condition and especially as Argentines, we understand that it is not possible to make a clean slate with all the topics that obviously cannot be extended indiscriminately in this universe. Therefore, the direct implications of our statements will be focused on the Argentine location, even though it can often be assimilated to our near or more distant neighbors. As the title indicates, we will thematize the possibility that this type of social organization of nation-state, which is expressed through a democratic republican constitution, can really be considered as a political form that somehow we would have the possibility of questioning it as extemporaneous, since it has been the result of a distant and already consummated history outside our experience.
