Cross-cutural Leadership: a Precursor to Organisational Effectiveness

A study of Cross-cultural leadership in relation to Organisational effectiveness and comparison of two culturally distinct countries, United Kingdom and Pakistan, with regards of this phenomenon. The study involves emphasis on a multinational company from each country for a better comparison, and to reach a reasoned conclusion. The research objective was carefully investigated and the data obtained supported the aim of the research study.
