The book is about mass consumption, which is so prevalent today. It evaluates the changes in the behaviour of the character Andy Sacks, played by actress Anne Hattaway, as she encounters a completely different world from the one she was used to and, under pressure from the influence of the fashion environment, she ends up seduced by the power of consumption. It helps us to reflect on how much the media, fashion and other similar sectors can influence and engage people to consume products and services in order to feel good, if only for a moment.

Graduated in Social Communication with a degree in Advertising from Unoesc - Joaçaba in 2016, she has worked in radio and in the communications and marketing sector for a large company in Campos Novos. She currently works as a secretary in a glassworks. In her spare time, she produces children's stories.
