Culture, Achievement, Mentoring and Education for Management

This monograph comes as a result of joint work of authors at Faculty of Management in Sremski Karlovci, Serbia on wide range of subjects and their interest in Organizational Culture, Mentoring, Achievement Motive Development and Education for Management. Education for management is a central aspect of this monograph. Gainded results and conclusions can be used in development of performances of examined students of the Faculty of Management, with the aim to increase their academic performance.

Milan Bubulj, MA graduated from the Faculty of Management where he also completed his master work. At the moment he is attending PhD course program at Technical faculty in Bor, University of Belgrade.Milan Bubulj, Olja Arsenijevic, Goran and Ljiljana Lj. Bulatovic are all working at Faculty of Management in Sremski Karlovci.
