This book is dedicated to all those who are faced with cultural and ethical problems in their workplace. It provides answers to questions such as how to adapt to cultures and ethical patterns which are different and unique to every society. The author turned to practical experiences of business people in order to resolve dilemmas managers are facing. On the other hand, business culture and ethics are undergoing changes. Researchers have been having problems to spot these unfinished processes engulfed in transition. The author hopes that information provided in this book will compel managers to perceive business culture and ethics as topics for thinking and that they will move in the direction which will improve their abilities and make the achievement of goals easier.

The author of this book deals with research related to management and human resource. Among them, the most interesting topics are business culture, ethics and leadership. The author is a professor at the University of Kragujevac in Serbia, Faculty of Hotel and Tourism in Vrnjacka Banja, and he teaches Business Ethics and Principles of Management.
