Culture of Fish Food Organisms from Waste Water

The book is of great importance owing to the high amount of fish processing wastewater being discharged, very high value of live feeds for aquaculture especially in hatcheries and to harness the utility of fish processing organic waste and its ample availability, this book highlights the efficiency of the fish processing wastewater and its applications as an alternative culture medium for live feed (phytoplankton as well as zooplankton) that can be served to the fish hatcheries.

Mansoor Ahmad Rather travaille actuellement comme assistant scientifique junior dans la division de l'aquaculture, à la faculté des pêches de l'Université Sher-e-Kashmir des sciences et technologies agricoles depuis cinq ans. Il a une expérience de plus de dix ans dans le domaine de la recherche, de la vulgarisation et de l'enseignement de l'aquaculture.
