The book presents a critical reflection on how the presence of «culture» in theory and practice of international relations is reflected in IR as a research field. The book consists of three parts: The culture in International Relations scholarship, culture in the practice of International Relations and culture in International Law.
Autorentext
Gräyna Michäowska is a Professor at the Institute of International Relations, Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw. Her research interests focus on international cultural relations and international human rights law. Hanna Schreiber is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of International Relations, Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw. Her research interests and practical experience include international cultural heritage law, with a special focus on the UNESCO normative framework.
