The country is moving in a positive direction, but there is still a long way to go and much remains to be done. The Central African Republic is rising from the ashes.

NDEKEBAI NZAPAHIMI Meschack was born on August 28, 1982 in Bocaranga. He holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Yaoundé II Soa and a Master's degree in Information and Communication Sciences and Techniques from the École Supérieure des Sciences et Techniques de l'Information et de la Communication (ESSTIC) in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
