Current trends in the study of administration

This book provides an overview of the trends in the research of the administration area in the years of 2008 and 2015, by consulting several publications on electronic journals it is developed a classification based on the holographic cultural model built by Dr. Antonio Castañeda in 1998. The trends of organizational culture, human resources, leadership, marketing, accounting and finance, production, directing and challenges of global environment are analyzed.

Professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro.Currently performs the final phase of the doctoral thesis on sustainable development in higher education institutions. Since 2010 he has participated in conferences presenting papers on organizational studies as ISEOR organized annually in conjunction with the Academy of Management in Lyon,France.
