This study is an examination of customers' perceptions on internet banking in Zimbabwe. Survey research methodology and techniques were employed to effectively solicit data.The findings of this research help bank managers and government policy makers in customising banking policies and practice towards maximum adoption of internet banking so that they gain efficiency and cost effectiveness. This study provides an insight analysis on the aspect of internet banking and assists bankers to have a better understanding of customers' perceptions on internet banking services. The study also helps to validate the conceptual model of internet banking. Researchers and scholars will find this research as a beneficial theoretical base on aspects of internet banking as they carry-out related researches.
Autorentext
Hama Aleck was born in Zimbabwe in 1979. He is alecturer & a business consultant. He was educated at Bindura University of Science Education where he did his BBS Hons in Banking and Finance and a PGDTE. He holds an MBA with Zimbabwe Open University. He is a member of ZIM. He worked for Zimbabwe Open University as a finance Officer for eight years.
