This book contains 2 parts. The first part features Daily Doses in the form of prose and notes containing reflections on existence mirroring the journey of the author and what the author derived from interactions with people, situations and concepts. The second part contains Verses which features original poetry by the same author. It is hoped that the reader derives value and a measure of amusement from this work.
