Debt Capital Market

The monograph, based on a practical experience of the author, is focusing on the basic instruments of the Debt Capital Market (eurobonds, syndicated loans, securitization of assets, convertible bonds, ECP and foreign trade debt instruments). The work covers both theory and practice of the most popular financial instruments applied by the different types of borrowers (first of all, from Russia) in the DCM. Special attention is paid to completing a legal documentation related to various deals in the DCM. The book can be of interest to a wide range of readers (including students in world economy and finance).

Autorentext

Born in 1963 in Moscow. Worked in the Russian Academy of Sciences and Russian commercial banks focusing on international banking. Since 2012 has joined as Assistant Professor the Chair of World Finance at the Financial University under the Government of Russia. Did regular workshops on international banking for CBR personnel. Has a Ph.D degree.
