Decentralization and development in DRC

In this careful and strategic analysis of the effects of decentralization in the Ngombe-Dojko sector of Likimi, we found that decentralization in the Ngombe-Doko sector of Likimi is a relative implementation of a long process that begins at the central level and especially with the availability of political will.
