The book provide views from parents, teachers, students, school inspectors, heads of schools and other educational officials on various issues related to secondary education management in their work places. The book also shows how the people perceive the policy of decentralization of secondary education management and provides some steps to follow if we want decentralization policy to be effective.

Stanslaus Clemence Komba is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations and Continuing Education at the University of Dodoma. He holds Bachelor Degree in Education (Horns) and Master Degree in Education from the University of Dar es Salaam and University of Dodoma respectively.
