Decentralized Educational Management

Contemporary research shows that effective and efficient implementation of the principles of decentralized educational management is the key for appropriate decision making, resource mobilization and management, conflict resolution, and reducing the burden of top management bodies. This descriptive survey attempted to describe how decentralized educational management has an impact on education process. It also tried to describe the extent in which educational leaders were playing in implementing the principles of decentralized educational management. Hence, investigating the decentralized educational management practices and challenges may have a paramount significant to people in the profession.
