The results and most importantly, the application aspects of collective intelligence to specific processes using different approaches may be a useful resource applied to the analysis of problem solving and decision-making approaches. The desired outcome is to provide the theory fundaments and the analytical approach to undertake an assessment that should evaluate the performance of collective intelligence resources against a selected business scenario.
