Dr. Ahmed Massoud graduated in 1991 from department of physics, Faculty of Science, ASU, Cairo-Egypt. He submitted an M.Sc. thesis in solid state physics in 1997. In 1999,he granted a ph.D. fellowship in the university of Martin Luther (Halle-Germany) where he carried out the experimental part and got the doctoral degree in 2001 from ASU-cairo.
