This multi-faceted right has undergone many changes, whatever the legal system. It is undeniable that product liability law has become more flexible, moving from a predominantly no-fault liability regime to fault-based liability. The analysis is all the more enriching from a comparative perspective, particularly between American law, a pioneer in the field, and European law.
