Democracy and power (PRO VEL CONTRA)

The chaotic consumption of the resources of human existence is only one of the trajectories of possible development along the path of survival of the fittest proposed by scientists. The author hopes that his attempt to systematize the foundations of emergence and formation of democracy in the modern world order will be useful not only for students studying on technical undergraduate courses, but will also be of interest for a wider circle of readers interested in the possibility of democracy in the formation of power authority in the context of economic globalization.
