The publication is dedicated to one of the most common group of pathology - skin tumors. The questions of their histogenesis, pathomorphology, differential diagnosis, immunohistochemical characteristics are considered.The presentation is accompanied by detailed clinical and histopathological figures. For each section, a clinical and morphological comparison is carried out, which allows to optimize the complex diagnosis and assessment of the prognosis of the main variants of benign and malignant skin tumors. The presented material is based on modern topical sources - in particular, on the official 4th edition of the WHO histological classification of skin tumors.
