The main objective of this book "Design and Analysis of Ultra Wideband Microstrip Antennas" is to investigate various planar antenna geometries for ultra wideband applications. The bandwidth of the antenna structures are enhanced by using antenna geometries like monopole, fractal and dipole. The microstrip antenna structures investigated in this book are capable of providing wireless communication services in the frequency spectrum of 3-20 GHz. It has several other applications like indoor communication, radio astronomy etc. The antenna structures investigated here can be used in array to achieve higher gain. and directivity. The dimensions of the investigated antenna structures are miniaturized by using different methods. These miniaturized dimensions make these antenna structures suitable for future wireless communication systems.

Dr. Sarthak Singhal was born in Gwalior (M.P.) in 1987. He received his B.E., M.Tech. and Ph.D. in 2010, 2012 and 2015 respectively. His research interest includes millimeter frequency antennas, broadband and wideband microstrip antennas, EBG and computer aided design for antennas. He has authored more than 40 journal/conference articles & 1 book
