This book corresponds to the master's thesis of the master's degree in automotive engineering at the University of Valladolid. The main objective is to create a test bench as a didactic tool in the subjects of the Master's degree in automotive engineering. To do this, it has been necessary to dimension and acquire a series of components (power supply, electronic load, batteries, etc.) which, by means of a control program made in LabVIEW, supervises the behaviour of the system in a safe way and registers the data in real time of voltage, intensity and temperature, measured with a data acquisition system. Two main programs have been created, one for charging and the other for discharging batteries, as well as a third Combined program that manages the execution of both to carry out charge-discharge cycles. Finally, a series of didactic practices are proposed to be carried out on this bench.
