In 2016, the Environmental Engineering course at the National University of Tres de Febrero launched the "Social Wind Turbine" project. The aim of the project is the design and construction of low-power wind turbines to be installed in low-income communities. Reused materials are used for their construction. As a contribution to the aforementioned project, the aim of this work is the design and construction, at an experimental level, of an electrical energy generation system to be installed in these wind turbines.

O meu nome é Romina Tripodi, sou engenheira ambiental formada pela Universidade Nacional de Tres de Febrero e, desde 2016, faço parte de um projeto de investigação e desenvolvimento sobre energias renováveis na Comissão Nacional de Energia Atómica e na Universidade Nacional de Tres de Febrero (Argentina), denominado "Turbina Eólica Social".
