Design and Development of a Disc Brake Test Rig

This book contains the detail design and development of a disc brake test rig. The test rig is designed for all types of disc brake, one can vary the speed and force for any kind of disc brake. The thermal analysis can be carried out using this test rig. The Transient Thermal Analysis conducted on Ansys Software can be validated using this test rig. This book also contains a example of two wheeler disc using Theoretical analysis, Structural analysis and Transient thermal analysis and results of all these tests are validated with test rig results carried out for same.
